In this section you will find details of Statutory Instruments (SIs) for Wales. They are organised by year of publication. Clicking on the name of an SI will take you to the relevant section on the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) website.

OPSI is responsible for making UK legislation available online. This was previously done by Her Majesty's Stationery Office (HMSO). The OPSI website provides details of which HMSO roles it has taken over.
