Members of the public will be able to raise any food-related issues that affect them at the Scottish Food Advisory Committee (SFAC) meeting on Wednesday 24 March.
Anyone with an interest in food is invited to come along and air their views on the issues that are important to them.
Topics on the agenda include a presentation on the Scottish Government Obesity Route Map, Scottish Government Leadership Forum, FSA in Scotland Update and Nanotechnology – FSA Board Update.
SFAC Chairman, Professor Graeme Millar CBE, said: 'We want people to come along, listen to the discussion and share their views on the food-related issues that matter to them.
'The meeting is open to members of the public, food producers, retailers, local authority representatives and anyone else with an interest in food. We are committed to listening to the views of Scottish stakeholders and putting consumers first.'
The meeting takes place at the Apex City Quay Hotel, 1 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3JP from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
