Christopher Trotter is based in Fife and has more than 25 years experience of being a chef in hotels and restaurants across Scotland and Europe. Latterly he ran a hotel in Argyll and then his own restaurant food shop and demonstration centre in Fife.
Mr Trotter has catering / hotel management and food hygiene qualifications and has also written three books on Scottish cooking, food and heritage. He is passionate about fresh seasonal local produce and currently runs a food consultancy business.
