Standard application form and guidance

The standard documents required to apply for funding in response to the Agency's Research Requirements Document or ad hoc calls, can be viewed and downloaded from this section.

Documents provided in this section:

The standard FSA application form, RCU-A3 (rev 07/06) - this is the latest version and must be used because:
- (i) it contains a revised 'Declaration' section to incorporate the provisions of the Joint Code of Practice on Quality Assurance in Research;
- (ii) it contains bookmarks which are necessary for compatibility with the Agency's new research management system (REMIND).
An expression of interest form
Guidance for the completion of the application form (updated 03/05)- this includes new guidance on Quality Assurance.
The FSA's standard Terms and Conditions - anyone wishing to submit an application must ensure that these Terms and Conditions are acceptable to their organisation. If the organisation is another government body, then a service level agreement may be more appropriate.
