D02001: Methods to access consumer views on food policy issues - an evaluation of their viability and efficacy for inclusive participation in policy making

This research project will investigate innovative consultation methods to involve citizens in policy making.

D02002: Involving low income consumers in policy making - developing consultation methods and improving participation levels

This research project aims to investigate different consultation mechanisms to involve hard to reach groups in food policy.
