The aim of this meeting, held at the request of the Consultative Group on Campylobacter and Salmonella in Chicken, was to inform and update the poultry industry on campylobacter research from farm to fork.
This meeting brought together stakeholders from industry, academia and government laboratories. The high quality and strength of the Campylobacter research community in the UK was highlighted and it was stressed that this must be supported through continued funding of research in this area.
