B20002: Getting food safety and food hygiene messages into schools

This research project investigates the most appropriate ways of delivering food hygiene and safety messages in schools.

B20003: Evaluation of consumer food safety education initiatives in the UK and determination of effective strategies for food safety risk communication.

This research project aims to evaluate the number and types of food safety education initiatives in the UK, and make recommendations for the development of a risk communication strategy to get food hygiene messages into the home.

B20004 - Review of past and on-going research into consumer practices, focusing on cross-contamination during food preparation

This research project will undertake a comprehensive review covering consumer practices, particularly focusing on the risks associated with cross-contamination by the consumer during food preparation.
