Background

The aim of this project is to determine whether school menus constructed to Hungry for Success guidelines, containing manufactured foods with proposed nutrient specifications for fat, saturated fat, sodium, sugar and protein, can provide meals that meet the nutrient standards for pupils in primary and secondary schools in Scotland.
