C03 and C04 Programme Review

A review of the Food Standards Agency's research (C03) and survey (C04) programmes on food contaminants has been completed. The review encompassed around 60 surveys and research projects on mycotoxins (e.g aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, patulin), nitrate and process contaminants (e.g 3-MCPD, ethyl carbamate and acrylamide) in food.
