Action taken by the company

Shaws of Huddersfield Ltd has withdrawn all affected stock from sale. Point-of-sale notices are to be displayed in their stores informing customers of the actions they should take if they have purchased the affected product. Allergy support organisations have been notified of the issue.

Advice to consumers

Customers with sensitivity to sulphur dioxide are advised not to consume this product.
