Wholesnax chocolate coated brazils, peanuts, raisins, peanuts & raisins and mixed nuts & raisins

Risk

The above products contain soya lecithin which is declared as lecithin in the ingredients list due to a labelling error. This makes these products a potential health risk for people with a soya allergy.

Best before date: August 2008

Action taken by the company

Wholesnax (Natural Products) Ltd has withdrawn the affected products to re-label. The company has issued point-of-sale notices for display in retail outlets, which inform customers of the reason for the re-labelling.

No other Wholesnax Ltd products are known to be affected.

Advice to consumers

Customers with a soya allergy are advised not to eat these products.
