Eat Natural Ltd withdraws certain batch codes of Eat Natural bar due to unintended presence of milk protein

Product

Eat Natural – A bar of nuts and fruit with cranberries, macadamias and dark chocolate.

Risk

Certain batch codes of the above product have been found to contain milk protein, which is not an intended ingredient. This makes the product a potential health risk for people who are allergic to, or intolerant of, milk or milk constituents.

Action taken by the company

The company has withdrawn any remaining product of the affected batch codes from sale. All future production of this product will be relabelled to convey information on the risk of possible cross contamination with milk. In addition, the company has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at risk members of the withdrawal.

No other Eat Natural Ltd. products are known to be affected.

Advice to consurmers

Customers with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents are advised not eat this product.
