Cucina Stone Baked Mixed Vegetable Pizza, 460g

Risk

A limited quantity of BBQ Chicken pizza has been incorrectly placed in Mixed Vegetable pizza packaging. The BBQ Chicken pizza contains a small amount of celery which is not declared on the Mixed Vegetable pizza label. The level of celery is low but may be a potential risk to health for people allergic to celery.

Action taken by the company

The company has recalled all the affected stock and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations which will inform their at risk members of the recall. Notices are being displayed in all stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the recall, and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product.

No other Aldi Stores Ltd products are known to be affected.

Advice to consumers

Customers with an allergy to celery are advised not to eat the product.
