A very small quantity of the above product contains cheese, which was incorrectly grated on top of the product. Cheese is not declared on the label and, therefore, the product may be unsafe for children with a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance.

Marks & Spencer has undertaken a product withdrawal of the affected batch. Product alert notices have been displayed in all stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the withdrawal, and the actions they can take if they have purchased the affected product. In addition, Marks & Spencer has been in contact with the Anaphylaxis Campaign and Allergy UK who will inform their at-risk allergic members of the withdrawal via a mailshot. A copy of the product alert notice issued by Marks & Spencer is attached below.
No other Marks & Spencer's products are affected.
Customers with children who have a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance should ensure their children do not eat this product, but to return it to any Marks & Spencer store where they will receive a full refund.
