Action taken by the company

Gadsby's of Southwell Ltd has undertaken a withdrawal of the implicated batches from Co-op stores in the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire area. They have issued their customers with point-of-sale notices to display in stores. In addition, Gadsby’s of Southwell Ltd has informed Allergy UK, the Anaphylaxis Campaign and Alert4Allergy who will inform their at-risk allergic members of the withdrawal.

No other Gadsby's of Southwell Ltd products are known to be affected.

Advice to consumers

Customers with a nut allergy are advised not to eat these products.
