Guidance notes on the Ceramic Articles in Contact with Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006
The Ceramic Articles in Contact with Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 came into operation on 20 May 2006 and replaced the Ceramic Ware (Safety) Regulations 1988. The regulations are made under the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and transpose Council Directive 84/500/EEC, as amended by Commission Directive 2005/31/EC.
