Official supervision and enforcement in licensed premises in Northern Ireland is carried out by the Veterinary Service - Veterinary Public Health Unit (VS-VPHU) on behalf of Food Standards Agency Northern Ireland (FSANI).
The Agency regularly issues guidance to food industry representatives and other stakeholders on a range of topics, often as a result of new regulations coming into force.
