The Veterinary Residues Committee is holding an open meeting at 10.30am on Wednesday 13 October at the National Railway Museum in York.
The Veterinary Residues Committee is an independent advisory committee that oversees the UK's residue surveillance of veterinary medicines in domestic and imported foods. It advises the chief executives of the Veterinary Medicines Directorate and the Food Standards Agency on residue surveillance programmes and the significance of their results.
