Find out more about the Meat Hygiene Service (MHS) and how it’s fulfilling its responsibilities better than ever. A special supplement on the MHS and its transformation is available in the latest issue of FSA News.
Articles outline how safe meat is a priority for the Food Standards Agency, the responsibilities carried out by the MHS, and the successes, so far, of the transformation project.
