Sainsbury's has recalled two date codes of the following tuna products after the company identified a potential food safety issue.
The Agency has been told that some products from the ranges listed below (which could be frozen by customers) may contain higher than normal levels of histamine that could cause mild illness if consumed.

If people have any of the affected products at home and have frozen them, they are being asked to take them back to their nearest Sainsbury's store for a full refund.
Sainsbury's have informed the Agency that point-of-sale notices are being displayed in their stores. Also, customers identified through their Nectar loyalty cards as buying affected products are also being contacted directly.
