Guidance on school catering in Scotland
Scotland has their own guidance on compulsory nutritional requirements for catering in schools set by the Scottish Government. The Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulations 2008 were passed by the Parliament on 25 June 2008, and came into force on the 4 August 2008.
