Lead Officer Briefings: Enforcing HACCP and the EC
Hygiene Regulations

Training is available for lead/specialist food safety officers needing to understand the new hygiene regulations and the food safety management (HACCP) requirements. The training will enable participants to cascade information back to their colleagues and material will be provided to do this.
The training is scheduled for the following dates:

10-11 October 2005 - Hilton Hotel, Northampton

17-18 October 2005 - Hilton Hotel, Swindon

19-20 October 2005 - Ambassador Hotel, London

24-25 October 2005 - Village Hotel, Coventry

7-8 November 2005 - Village Hotel, Leeds

9-10 November 2005 - Quality Hotel, Wigan

14-15 November 2005 - Dillington House, Dillington, Somerset

21-22 November 2005 - Village Hotel, Newcastle

23-24 November 2005 - Ambassador Hotel, London

30 November - 1 December 2005 - Ambassador Hotel, London
Chadwick House Group has been awarded a contract to manage and run these events on behalf of the Agency and will deal with all enquiries and booking arrangements in respect of this particular update training. The contractor will contact local authorities during September 2005. Please do not approach the Agency direct.
