This is an update on incident prevention and chemical risk management in the form of a new interested parties bulletin. The first edition includes news on the publication of a new online incidents section of food.gov.uk and incidents strategy, plus information about environmental contaminants (organic and inorganic), food contact materials, melamine, mycotoxins, nitrates and process contaminants.
