Honey Regulations 2003 Guidance Notes

The Honey Regulations 2003, which came into force on 25 September 2003 in England, implement the provisions of EC Directive 2001/110 relating to honey.

The guidances lays down specifications with which a product must comply in order to be described as 'honey,' and provide additional labelling requirements for these products. The Regulations revoke and replace the Honey Regulations 1976 (SI no 1976 1832).
