A workshop on organic milk and related nutritional issues was convened at the Food Standards Agency on 1 June, 2007. The workshop was chaired by Dr Elaine Stone of the Food Standards Agency and included a general discussion of the issues raised.
A report of the workshop is attached below, along with the graphs referred to in Dr Kathryn Ellis' talk.
