Food Trac withdraws two batches of Lar brand 13mm frozen cooked diced chicken breast due to possible undercooking

Food Trac has withdrawn two batches of Lar brand 13mm frozen cooked diced chicken due to possible undercooking. The affected batches have been distributed by Lomond Foods.

The Agency has been informed that Food Trac has withdrawn the affected batches from sale. The product has been imported from Brazil and distributed widely, mainly to catering establishments in Scotland and to a limited number of premises in England. The affected products have been withdrawn from outlets supplied. Photographs can be viewed in the document attached below.

The product withdrawn is:

Lar brand 13mm frozen cooked diced chicken

Batch codes: 155801 and 155802
Best before date: 03/12/09
No other Lar branded products are known to be affected.
