Update on Julian Graves Ltd recall of seed products due to salmonella contamination

Following the Food Alert for Information 08/2008 issued on 29 February 2008, concerning recall of a batch of sesame seeds being recalled due to contamination with salmonella, Julian Graves Ltd has now also recalled a batch of sunflower seeds, due to the presence of salmonella.

Julian Graves Ltd has carried out a recall of the affected batches. Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in all stores supplied. These notices will advise customers of the reason for the recall and the actions they can take if they have already purchased the affected products.

The products recalled are:

Julian Graves Sesame Seeds

Julian Graves Sunflower Seed Kernels
