Livwell Ltd has withdrawn its own-brand gluten-free Bramley Apple Pies due to the potential presence of pieces of hard, blue plastic in the apple filling.
The product affected has only been sold through Waitrose supermarkets.
Livwell Ltd is withdrawing this product from retail sale and issuing a consumer advice notice. This notice will advise customers of the withdrawal and that further details are available from the Livwell Customer Care help line. Waitrose will be displaying point-of-sle notices advising consumers of the withdrawal.
