Heads of environmental health and directors of trading standards will wish to be aware that Natco Foods Ltd has recalled a certain batch code of its Fennel Seeds product, due to the presence of salmonella.
Natco Foods Ltd has recalled the affected batch. Product recall notices have been issued to all of its customers. These notices will advise customers of the recall and the actions they can take if they have already purchased the affected product.
The Product recalled is:
Natco Fennel Seeds
Pack Sizes: 20 x 400g and 6 x 1kg packs
Batch Code: 4538
Expiry Date: 12/2009
A copy of the product recall notice issued by Natco Foods Ltd is attached to this food alert.
No other Natco Foods Ltd products or batch codes are known to be affected.
