Constellation Europe recalls Kumala Eternal Wine due to potential for bottle neck breaking when cork is withdrawn

Constellation Europe are recalling Kumala Eternal Chenin Blanc Chardonnay Semillon wine due to potential for bottle neck breaking when removing the cork. This product is sold exclusively through Tesco supermarkets.

The affected batches have been withdrawn from shelves and point-of-sale notices have been placed in all Tesco stores. Notices will appear in the national press on 29 March. These notices advise consumers of what actions to take if they have purchased the product.

Batch Codes: L6349, L6350, L6351, L6352, L6353, L6354 and L6355

No other Kumala wines are known to be affected.
