Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd has undertaken a withdrawal of a batch of their own brand of 'Fruit & Nut Muesli' 1.5kg bags, due to the presence of moths within the product.
Sainsbury's has undertaken a product withdrawal of the affected batch and point-of-sale notices will be displayed in relevant stores to notify the public of the withdrawal.
The notice advises consumers of the reason for the withdrawal and the actions they should take if they have already purchased the affected product.
The product withdrawn is:
No other batch codes or Sainsbury's products are known to be affected.
A copy of the point-of-sale notice issued by the company is attached to this food alert.
