The Food Alert for Action issued on 23 June 2006 outlined preliminary action required to be taken in relation to Cadbury Schweppes plc recalling a range of their own brand chocolate products due to possible contamination with
Salmonella
.
Cadbury Schweppes plc now intends to restock five of the product lines, which were recalled on 23 June 2006 due to possible contamination with Salmonella. It is expected that product will reach shelves on Wednesday 2 August 2006.
The products to be restocked are:

Cadbury Dairy Milk Turkish 250g, Lot Code L6152 or greater, Best before end (BBE) 05 2007 or later

Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel 250g, Lot Code L6152 or greater, BBE 03 2007 or later

Cadbury Dairy Milk Mint 250g, Lot Code L6152 or greater, BBE 05 2007 or later
-
Cadbury Dairy Milk 8 Chunk, Lot Code L6152 or greater, BBE 05 2007 or later

Cadbury Dairy Milk 1 kg, Lot Code L6152 or greater, BBE 05 2007 or later
Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons Easter Egg 105g will be returned to sale in 2007. Cadbury Freddo 10p will not be restocked.
