Contamination of Cresson Watercress with foreign bodies

Heads of Environmental Health Services and Directors of Trading Standards will wish to be aware that Cresson Watercress has been found to be contaminated with foreign bodies. The foreign bodies are identified as snails, slugs and fly larvae. Further to this, the product does not comply with the labelling regulations, as there are no durability dates on the packaging, and all information on the packing is only in French.
