Heads of Environmental Health Services and Directors of Trading Standards will wish to be aware of a trade withdrawal by Lidl UK GmbH of Bifinett Low Fat Rice Pudding 425g tins.
The company has taken this precautionary action following customer complaints about foreign body contamination of some of the product. The foreign matter is described as 'small masses of debris containing vegetable tissue.'
Identification of the product
Bifinett Brand Low Fat Rice Pudding 425g tins with minimum durability dates Best Before up to and including 07/2005. Products with a best before date of 08/2005 and after are unaffected.
